  6. EdWord Professional V5.0 is an update of V4.1. As of this release,
  7. EdWord now REQUIRES WORKBENCH 2.0 or above. Features include:
  8.  
  9.   o Can edit up to 15 files at once and optionally view two together via
  10.     a split screen facility.
  11.   o A Find Function facility to list and goto all procedures/functions
  12.   o An Auto Completion facility to automatically complete a keyword at
  13.     the press of a key (based on the contents of a Keyword File)
  14.   o A macro facility to record sequences of keypresses, menu selections etc.
  15.     and play them back (useful for automating repetitive tasks)
  16.   o An ARexx port offering over 100 commands to control the editor, and
  17.     a large selection of powerful scripts.
  18.   o The ability to define upto 10 User Commands which can access the current
  19.     document, be run synch/asynchronously etc.
  20.   o A Text Casing facility to automatically set the case of source code
  21.   o Symbolic Indentation to automatically indent your source code for you
  22.   o PowerPacker support: will (optionally) decrunch PowerPackered data files
  23.   o A fully featured programmer's calculator (works in bin,dec,hex & octal)
  24.   o ASL and ReqTools file requester support, AppWindow support (load a
  25.     file by dragging icon into editor window) and iconify featurea.
  26.   o Extended Print options including the ability to set margins, page numbers,
  27.     print pitch, print quality, output to file etc.

  29. This archive contains a demonstration release of EdWord Professional. Full
  30. information on how to obtain the complete version direct from the author (for
  31. only 10 pounds sterling) is contained within the archive itself.
